Self-leveling Epoxy Resin floor-24 kg. is a high-quality two-component self-leveling epoxy system for industrial floor coatings. It offers 100% solid content and excellent mechanical properties.

Preparation and application

  1. Mixing:

    • Mix component B into component A and stir with a mixer at 300 rpm.

    • Temperature conditions:

      • The product and surface must be above 15Β°C

      • Recommended temperature: 15–23Β°C

      • Humidity: below 50%

  2. Application:

    • Pour the mixture onto the floor and spread with a trowel or roller.

    • De-air with a "hedgehog" roller.

    • Work with spiked shoes to protect the surface.

Storage and shelf life

  • Store at 22–25Β°C, away from direct sunlight.

  • Shelf life: 12 months in unopened original packaging.

  • After opening – use immediately.

Why is my resin cloudy and not crystal clear?

The resin you received is cloudy and not crystal clear as described. In cold weather, it is normal for epoxy resin to become cloudy and lose its crystal-clear transparency. This process is called resin crystallization.

To stop the crystallization process, immerse the bottle or tube you received in a bucket or similar container, then pour hot water.

Wait about 10 minutes until it returns to its crystalline appearance.

How should epoxy resin be stored?
