Soy wax for candle making
This high-quality wax is produced by hydrogenating soybean oil and has a soft, smooth property. It is produced in white color in the form of flakes that melt easily. The melting temperature is 55Β°C, and the wax allows the addition of up to 10% fragrance. Additionally, the wax can be colored as desired. It is ideal for pouring into various cups or other containers and is compatible for mixing with other types of waxes, allowing the creation of unique candle blends.
Packaging: 1 kg
How to calculate the required amount of wax for your container/mold:
- Fill the mold or container with water, then measure the amount of water in milliliters and round to the nearest 10 ml.
- Subtract 20% from the obtained amount β this will be the required amount of wax.
Example:
If the container holds 495 ml of water (round to 500 ml), subtract 20% (100 ml). This will give you 400 ml, which means you will need 400 g of wax. This calculation is based on the fact that 1 ml of water weighs 1 g, and wax is slightly lighter than water, so we subtract 20% to determine the exact wax requirement.
